Larry Rambeaux, sales manager at Purkeys, a battery solutions company located in Lowell, Ark., was chosen this year for the Silver Spark Plug award by the Technology Maintenance Council (TMC).
“The Silver Spark Plug is our industry’s highest honor, recognizing professional excellence in commercial vehicle maintenance,” said Robert Braswell, TMC’s executive director. “This year’s winners represent the pinnacle of our industry and we are pleased to bestow this honor on them.”
Rambeaux has been actively involved with the council for years and regularly assists with the writing of recommended practices and task force groups. Rambeaux has accumulated more than 25 years of experience in the heavy-duty trucking industry. In 2013, he earned the accolade of Recognized Associate Award from TMC. He is passionate about using this experience to assist customers in identifying ways to improve their systems and how to prevent, and resolve, fleet-based electrical issues.
