The Arkansas Trucking Association is committed to improving safety for everyone. That’s why we created the Share the Road program, funded by a grant from the Arkansas Highway Commission, to travel the state promoting safe driving habits and highlighting the importance of the trucking industry at schools, civic organizations, festivals and more – completely FREE of charge. Not only can audiences get behind the wheel of a big-rig to see a truck driver’s perspective, but they can get a hands-on, safe driving experience using our SAFE1 driving simulator.

Each presentation is hosted by Arkansas Road Team Captains, an elite group of professional drivers known for superior safety records and a passion for spreading the word about highway safety. The Captains are real truck drivers who work for ATA member companies and represent the state’s 36,600 professional drivers.
